How to Order
Orders for Verellen Amplifiers can be made directly from the website by using the shopping cart on this website, or
customers can get in touch with us at verellenamplifiers@live.com or 253-232-4503.
International Customers
Customers outside the lower 48 states of the United States are asked to get in touch rather than use the website as
shipping etc.. varies so much from country to country.
Custom Orders
Much of our business is custom work. Please feel free to get in touch with your ideas on variations on the products
you see on this website, or even completely different project ideas. We enjoy working with musicians on their
own ideas. Just drop us a line to discuss the details of your project and to arrange for us to get you a quote.
Payment
We accept check, visa, mastercard, or paypal. Paypal customers will be asked to add a percentage to their total to cover paypal fees (which depend on what country you’re ordering from).
Turn Around
Turn around on standard products is typically 4-6 weeks. Sometimes we’re a week or two late, sometimes a week
or two early. We’re a small operation, and every project is built by hand from start to finish. So turnaround can be
affected by our work load. Turn around on custom projects is case by case.
Verellen Amplifiers Non-Transferrable Lifetime Warranty
All Verellen Amplifiers products are guaranteed to be free from defects in parts (excludes vacuum tubes) and workmanship. Should a Verellen Amplifiers product ever fail, customer can ship the product back to us, we’ll do any
repairs necessary and pay for return shipping. If a product has been damaged by some means out of the control of
Verellen Amplifiers (i.e. beer spilled into the amp, amp dropped or thrown in a fit of rock n’ roll ecstasy, customer
decides to try their hand at a mod, etc..), customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs and any
necessary replacement parts, but repair labor is still on us. This warranty is good for the life of the customer and/or
Ben Verellen.
